Layout 

Ground Floor

The ground floor opens into a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The living space features a comfortable corner sofa, a 65’’ HDTV with Netflix, and direct access to the pool terrace. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen includes built-in branded appliances and a round dining table seating six guests, with direct outdoor access to the BBQ area and the pool.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), which can be converted into two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) upon request, a 43’’ Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m) and a 40’’ Smart TV. A second bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as a storage room, is also located on this level.

First Floor

Reaching the upper level, guests will find a second living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The first-floor living room includes a PlayStation 4, a 65’’ HDTV with Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, and board games, and it opens to both the front and rear of the villa. The spacious veranda overlooks the pool terrace, is furnished for outdoor relaxation, and offers stunning views.

The first-floor kitchen matches the downstairs kitchen in quality, featuring an American-style fridge, an island counter with three breakfast stools, a second round dining table for six, and access to a small balcony.

Two additional bedrooms are located on this level. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), a 43’’ Smart TV, and access to the main veranda. The other bedroom has a king-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), which can be separated into two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) upon request, and a 40’’ Smart TV. All bedrooms include wardrobes, fan coil units for cooling and heating, and comfortable mattresses.

Finally, two more bathrooms with shower cabins are available on the first floor, one of which also includes a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor Area

The exterior of Horizon Luxury Villa covers 400 m2 and offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 19 sq.m., heated swimming pool, 1,5 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated upon advance request for the entire stay with an additional daily charge.

- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, 2 umbrellas, side tables, and a poolside shower.

- A gas BBQ is available outdoors, so you can prepare your meals.
